• Orders are produced only after customer approval of the final artwork.
• Once approved, no changes or cancellations can be made.
• Customers are responsible for checking artwork content, spelling, and layout before approval.

4. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are in AED and may be subject to VAT.
• Full payment is required before production starts.
• Payments are accepted through approved methods such as cards, bank transfer, or cash (as agreed).

5. Production and Delivery

• Production timelines depend on product type and quantity.
• Delivery schedules are estimates only.
• We are not liable for courier or customs delays, or for incorrect delivery information provided by customers.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs and materials created by Total Printing Solutions remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers must own or have permission to use any artwork they provide.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for minor variations, delays, or customer errors in submitted artwork.
Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
