At Total Printing Solutions, we aim to deliver your custom-printed products safely and on time across the UAE. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery process, timelines, charges, and conditions.

1. ⁠Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all emirates within the United Arab Emirates, including:

  • Dubai
  • Abu Dhabi
  • Sharjah
  • Ajman
  • Umm Al Quwain
  • Ras Al Khaimah
  • Fujairah

 2.⁠ ⁠Production & Handling Time

All products are custom-made. Production time varies depending on the item and quantity.

Typical timelines:

Standard printing products: 1–3 working days

Bulk or specialized orders: 3–7 working days

Custom-designed items: As per agreed timeline

Production begins only after artwork approval and successful payment.

3.⁠ ⁠Delivery Time

Delivery time is separate from production time.

Within UAE: 1–3 working days after dispatch

Remote locations: May require additional time

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, weather, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

4.⁠ ⁠Shipping Charges

Standard UAE delivery: As per courier rates

Free delivery may apply for bulk orders

Shipping charges are clearly shown at checkout or provided in your quotation.

5.⁠ ⁠Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share:

Tracking number (if available)

Courier details

Expected delivery timeframe

Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments and ensuring availability at the delivery address.

6.⁠ ⁠Delivery Attempts

Courier companies typically attempt delivery 1–2 times. If the delivery fails due to:

Incorrect address

Unreachable phone number

Customer not available

You may be charged additional re-delivery fees.

7.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos of the damaged package/item

We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement if applicable.

We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by the courier, but we will assist you in resolving the issue.

8.⁠ ⁠Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Total Printing Solutions is not liable for delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages resulting from:

Incorrect address

Wrong contact information

Incomplete delivery instructions

Re-delivery or reproduction charges may apply.

9.⁠ ⁠In-store Pickup (If Available)

Customers may request to collect their orders from our office/warehouse. Pickup timings will be shared once the order is ready.
